Located in Stratford, Ontario, we are a unique Warehouse Outlet store that is open to the public three days a week. We take pride in offering genuine deals on a wide variety of name brand items. We are also known for providing our customers with above average positive shopping experiences. Due to expansion and new offerings, we are seeking responsible, dependable individuals to join our team.

Warehouse Worker/Retail Associate, Permanent Full-time

This position requires an experienced, responsible and flexible person who can work independently in our warehouse and operate a Forklift (if not currently certified we can help with that) and can also work as part of a team in our Outlet store as a retail associate. We’re seeking a competent and motivated individual who is interested in growing with our business and consequently taking on more responsibilities in the future.

Time split between the two will vary week to week.

Warehouse Job Duties:

• Move and stack materials

• Follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures

• Pick orders

• Receive/process shipments

• Organizational and general cleanup duties

• No night shifts, occasional evenings

Outlet Store Job Duties:

• Customer Service (cashier, bagging)

• Stocking shelves

• Assist with unloading shipments

• General cleanup

Requirements:

• Team Player

• Accountable and dependable

• Detail oriented

• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills

• Relevant warehouse and retail experience

• Positive attitude, flexible and adaptable

• Forklift certified (or willing to be certified)

• Capable of physical lifting

Competitive starting salary commensurate with experience.

3 month performance review. Bi-annual review thereafter.

 

Retail Associates (3), Permanent Part-time

These positions require individuals with retail experience and excellent customer service skills who enjoy a fast-paced environment and working as part of a team. We offer some flexibility in days / hours. Options for full-time work may come available in the future.

Job Duties:

• Stocking and Display Creation

• Customer Service (cashier, bagging)

• General housekeeping duties

• Assist with unloading shipments

Requirements:

• Team Player

• Accountable and reliable

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Relevant retail experience

• Organizational skills and able to multi-task

• Positive attitude, flexible and adaptable
